Look for the country of your community and if you found it click on it-
Then as last click on join group- http://prntscr.com/d4e7mf
The community forums will be added just like this- http://prntscr.com/d4e983

Hi, welcome.
That's correct, you will always see english forums.
But when you join the Dutch group, you will also see the dutch community's forum.
