iOS notification within app not responsive

Dear Support Team,
When there is an in-game notification while we are in OSM app such as if any of our players get sold or training completed, when we click on ‘Take Me There’, nothing happened. We would usually still have to click back to go back to main screen showing the 4 slots and click onto the particular slot again.

OSM App Version: Version 4.13.0
Phone: iPhone XR
iOS Version: iOS 17.4.1Please help check and rectify the issue. Appreciate.
