Trouble with launch

It has been happening for a while now, the game needs a few attempts before it launches. This morning does not launch at all.
Is it an issue with the latest IOS update or are also androids users experiencing the same?

I might have the same issue, game is staying on loading screen and after a few tries it starts successfully
