New season, same managers

When I start a new competition, I usually had the option to kick some of the managers (the ones I dont know personally) and keep others (the ones I do know). Now everybody comes along to the new competition (private comp), but I don't want everybody to come along. Please bring back the kick-feature when starting new comp
