BUG on PC version - NO transfer icon for other teams

As the title suggests, I can NOT see which players other managers have put into transfer by visiting their Squads.
I can still see mine like in the image below - but it is completely missing from all other teams
I was thinking this was on purporse, but its not the case in the APP version, where I can see which players are being sold on each squad. Transfer List works normally but its not as straightforward to notice what is being sold as visiting the Squads.
