Yesterday OSM was offline for a technical update. Some browsers have a longer cache, so you may need to manually clear it. Can you try to clear your temporary internet files?

90% of Web issues are due to browsers cache... clear it every time you find something weird.
9% are due to ad-blockers and anti-virus and the remaining 1% are real bugs
