Transfer system updated?

Hello everyone, I have a quick question about the transfer system. I've noticed some strange behavior in my transfer log. As far as I knew, transfer windows started and ended on even hours (like 2:00 to 4:00, 4:00 to 6:00), and a transfer could happen only once at any random time within that 2-hour window.

I haven't played in a league for a couple of months, and now that I'm back, I see multiple transfers happening within the same window (for example, one transfer at 4:30 PM and another at 5:15 PM). Has something changed recently, or did I just misunderstand the mechanics all this time?

I tried searching the forum before posting, but I didn't have any luck finding an answer. Thanks in advance for the help .
