I havent played in a long time and I wanted to set up a league for myself and some friends however I can't find how to activate premium membership and start a league.. I have to say the new layout is rather confusing.
How to make league?

Everyone can create their own league now.
You have to go to the country you want to play in, there will have the button to create your own league.
