Sadly luck is a massive part of this game as well. You should see the results in tougher leagues where people play defensive tactics.. Plenty of times when someone has something like 13:3 in shots and loses 0:1...

Really?! So annoying to be knocked out like this...I lined up 101 team and the opponent was just 96 and he beated me 2-0 - just beacause he had +6 pitch advantage?! Also, in the first leg I got a direct red card even if I had normal tackling with blue referee and after the match it said I should have gone all out... and won just 1-0?! So simply the system stoled me... and I had the best squad value my a distance... I still can't understand...

Try not to add too many filters while you scout. Especially, if you add league, nationality, the range and quality of players become much lower. Instead just stick to player rating and position (or player rating and age), I'm sure your scout will bring back gems then.
@xCouves big differce he will get note 3-4 and lose maybe 25% of his abbility. Now is transfer madness and better sell some player and buy attack Player
