    @amir-aqa-esta You can try selecting the Dutch language. That's the only one I'm sure that it allows the Player Packs. If that doesn't work aswell, then something else is probably blocking it. Do you use a VPN to login to OSM? If so, you might have set up a country where the gambling law is in place. Or perhaps your firewall or browser in general is blocking it. Otherwise, I have no idea why they don't appear.

    @TornadoShoot Hi there, This is a different kind of event. The event that increases progression with every played friendly is called Trainingcamp Terror. The event currently running is Friendly Frenzy, which is the the same as the Intense Friendly event, but this time only lasting 1 day instead of 2. For this event the progession is higher than normal, but still decreases after every friendly played.

    @Ale_Fiocco Hi there, The Bosscoins are received when you claim the achievement. So if you have finished the Africa Domination two years ago, you received the Bosscoins back then. They can only be obtained once.

    @Emanuele25 Hi there, It's best to contact our customer support for this issue. There they can look in the data and find out what went wrong. You can find the support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Depending on how busy it is, it might take up to several days before you receive a reply.

    @Enes-ELMASS Hi there, I understand your frustration, but this issue is not as easily fixed. You have to be patient until it is. If you have acces to the OSM app on your phone then you can still watch the ads on that platform.

    Hi there, The Oops, something went wrong error is due to some issues with the adplayer on the webversion. They have disabled the adplayer for the time being, so now you should be able to play again.

    @ruiprsc Do you have the club funds on Savings during match simulation? That is a requirement to get the interest in the first place. Again, it will be added on Savings. So post some screenshots of your Finance page before and after match simulation. Preferably with date and time visible.

    Friendly battle is a 'standard' league, with a special schedule. Being a 'standard' leagues, it means that users can request it and be moderators. If they can be moderators, they can enable/disable ALL options. This includes transfers... It's up to user that requests the league to enable/disable transfers. So, this been said, transfers can be disabled!

    @Skrycer Hi there, Accounts that have been inactive for 3 years are permanentely removed from the database. This is required due to the global GDPR ruling (privacy laws). So if it is already more than 3 years ago that you last logged in to your account, then it will be removed. You could try going to our customer support and ask for a definitive check with the e-mailadress that you had linked to that account. They can verify if it still excists or not.
