    @JoeyFlick Hi there, This is probably caused by an old account you had on OSM. To solve this you will have to contact our customer support at https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form.

    @jotao-vitao Hi there, I know that that is frustrating, but transfers are for a large part pretty random. Sometimes you sell a number of players pretty quickly and other times it will take a bit longer. As long as the players that are put on the transferlist by the game engine decrease in price, there is no issue with the transfer system.

    @Arty84 Hi there, Unfortunately, OSM can experience downtime from time to time right now.. There are some issues after a recent server migration. The OSM devs are working on it, but they also have to rely on help from other companies. We apologies for the inconvenience.

    @zT0mz Hi there, There are two requirements that needs to be met before you can kick someone out of your league. You need to have created your own league (be the league moderator) That player needs to be inactive for a minimal period of 72 hours straight. So, only on your first managerslot you could kick an inactive manager. Those that can be kicked will have an icon next to their managername in the managerlist.

    @S2ciMuaz Hi there, The reason for that is that you have a lot of higher rated players in your squad. I have checked your team and that of some other managers in your league and you all have a lot of players that are 90+ rated. It won't be easy to sell those players quickly. The more expensive the player get, the more difficult it will be to sell that player. However, players are getting sold in your league, so there is no issue with the transfer engine. For example: yourself and Real Madrid sold a player today. Liverpool also sold a number of players both today and yesterday. You could try to lower the price you are selling your players for or you can buy some cheaper players if you have the funds and sell those in the meantime.

    @beni15_7 Hi there, OSM NL and OSM World are two seperate versions of OSM, so an account created on World won't work on the Dutch version and vice versa. As for your account problem, you will have to contact our customer support at https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us. They can help you out.

    Hi guys, Just for those who didn't know yet: There was a big servermigration a couple of weeks back. While I haven't heard anything official about it, my guess is that that migration has caused a lot of issues with the server stability. The devs are looking into it, but it seems it's not so easy to fix it.

    @he-mostafa Hi there, If this is about your team in Egypt on your first managerslot, then it's because Egypt has an uneven amount of teams. That means that there is always one team that doesn't have a match. Now it was your team that had a 'rest day'.

    @beckerle73_NL Hi there, Players that have been sold to the engine by human managers can be put back on the transferlist or scout by the engine. This usually goes hand in hand with an increase in stats. Dimarco's base rating is 85 for defending. The 88-rated player is with the +3 of the In Form status. The 94-rated Dimarco has been put back on the transferlist/scout with an increase in stats plus the +3 of the In Form status.
