@cristofari_90 Hi there, If you bought Bosscoins and you didn't received them, then you should be able to claim them through the career page (main page in the OSM app). If you bought items, such as Club Funds, Position Swaps and Player Packs, you should find them in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag). If you can't claim them or don't see them in your inventory, then you will have to contact our customer support. @jeffrey2810_NL Hi there, I'm sorry, but once you have resigned from your team it's impossible to manage that team again. So you will either have to wait until the current league has finished or all your colleagues have to resign from their team aswell. Then you can create a new league.

@rezazahiri_org Hi there, Leagues are updated frequently with new transfers, but we don't know a specific timeframe for them.

@DiogoAS Hi there, Unfortunately, once a league has started it is impossible to change league settings. So you either have to finish this current league or resign from it and start a new league. Keep in mind that you will have to wait until the pre-season is over before you are able to resign from your league.

@leogoat25 Hi there, The only thing that will be disabled with those packs are the banners on the top/side of the screen. You most likely tapped the orange claim button instead of the dark blue button after watching the match in the OSM app. This will let you instantly watch the first of the three ads that is part of the bonus in the Finance page. If you do not want to watch that add then ignore that orange button.

@Leebron Hi there, It's impossible to get back to the same team or even same league if you resigned from your team. Also be aware that the safety of your account is your own responsibillity. If you really suspect someone else got acces to your account, then change the password of your account or set one up if you log in via social connection. Some other things to remember: never share your login credentials with someone else. if you play OSM from a shared computer, then always log out of your account. never leave your phone out of sight on your workplace or school. Collegues or classmates could prank you by messing with your teams on OSM. be mindfull when you use public wifi. Hackers could steal your login credentials.
