Can not scout in Germany

Hello,

I would like to send my scout to Germany, but this is not possible. They are not on the list. I'm working in Italy, at Roma. Can someone help?

@Kevinijvv_NL Hi mate,

Due to license issue with Bundesliga, players from the German League cannot be scouted, except for players of Bayern Munich.
