Missing Boss Coins!

I have completed a task and after 30 minutes there are still no boss coins in my account. I made an in app purchase at rise of kingdoms.

If you're reporting that you didn't receive BCs from a special offer, some tend to take longer than others. If after a couple of weeks you still don't get them, please report it to the special offer provider, you'll find the contact on the special offers page!
Offers from Business Club are the responsibility of our partners. You can check the status of your offers on every offer wall by clicking on the Support/Missing coins link that you can find on the bottom of that page. You can also contact them via the same process if you think that it's taking way too much time (some may take more than a week to be completed).

Ok, thank you, but in the meantime I have completed another task with the game "AFK Arena" and the game is not even displayed in "In Progress"
