Manager points and medails

Let me start by saying I am almost blind and because of that may have overlooked already excisting posts on this. My appologies for this.
I am playing OSM on my iPhone via the app using voice over, this works so I can play this great game.
I noticed that, eventhough I have 3 teams at the moment and I won most of my matches, my manager points are dropping. I lost around 20 the last few days even though I won 5 of 6 matches.
Also, the manager points I earn at the end of a season, which are mostly around 4000, are not counted at manager points overview. Is it correct they only are counted at manager medails? I have been looking for explenation on manager points and medails but could not find a lot, perhaps because of my poor eye sight, who knows...
Hopefully solmeone can explain. Thanks in advance.

back in 2005, it became clear that it was difficult for new players to break into the top, so it was decided to introduce a managerial points system into the game
so, with due diligence and skill, within a year you could quite break into the top 100
however, the GB decided that this was not enough, so a system of manager medals was created
the exact formulas for the calculation, as far as I know, are not disclosed
maybe someone figured them out, but it's not that important
manager points are calculated as follows (old post @sexmachine1997 from the Russian-language forum):
Points accumulated in the last 180 days will be counted at a rate of 100%. The points accumulated in the next 520 days (from 180 to 700 days) will be counted with a reduction factor, which will gradually decrease until it reaches a value of 1%. All points accumulated earlier than 700 days ago will be counted towards the total with a coefficient of 1%.
Each of your slots is counted separately. For example, on the first slot now I see you have 6719 points. You have earned 6410 of them in the last six months and they are counted in full. The remaining few hundreds are points from older leagues. + unlikely, but possible, your current points on the first slot
Most manager points are awarded for defeating an active manager with a high goal for the season who has a higher place in the ranking
The difference between the manager's medals is that 1) points are awarded every day 2) the goal of the opposing team is not taken into account + possibly other indicators 3) the cost of squads is taken into account
2 systems are not related to each other in any way and, probably, one of them will soon replace the other ... (otherwise why would it have been created ¯_(ツ)_/¯)
after stopping the OSM WC by @Markez17 i am even more confident in this assumption. But this is just speculation -
