In Portugease league (now on game 29). Manager of Tondela constantly buying players from Tottenham on the cheap and selling them at inflated prices. Please check. This looks like collusion to me.

Hello mate...if you think that a manager is cheating go to his profile and report him...nothing can be done/discussed on the forums....
