my squads valuer my target is less ı am second he is thirt and ı am first he is thirt and he is getting more manager points.
ı cant get it why

The answer above is correct...and your manager points difference aren't so much...playing with pc doesn't give many manager points....maybe he played and won away matches...many factors determine manager points...
