I was asked by @Lirind to post the images of the problem in the chat room. I am posting them here since the main post got locked.

See, does anyone see where's the remove member option? I have also faced a problem with the report cheater option. I couldn't find any report cheater option for the first time!

1. click on the right side of the manager you want to remove

2. and the option you are looking for will appear

3. why the option is not available when you go to the chat-room can probably be a bug and needs to be fixed
