I have created my own league, it is now 4th in a row. But in this one, i have select option that only a manager invited by me can join. So how is it possible that there are already two more managers that i didn't invite? Can you explain me this please?

it is possible because those managers are from your previous season and if someone is allowed to join your league then that manager has every right to be in your league.
If you want to avoid situations like that, then you need to create a new league instead of continuing the league.

Yeah, a guy can't be disinvited until he himself rejects an invite. The invite goes for next seasons too.
