Tips for new players?

new player here, I started osm previous week, I'm enjoying so far, but I search for tips and tactics online and there is only dead forums talking about this game. I want to ask if anyone here knows where I can get recent tips, since the game is constantly changing.. Also I want to know if it's usual for the game to give double the boss coins on the weekends, like it was this weekend.. Thank you -
@jesonmile Basically it's all about being smart and lucky. For the luck, if you want to join a league, wait until a new season starts, because then you can have the bigger team, and you will have a much larger chance of winning. For the Smart part, pick the strongest players, sell anyone who is on the reserves except for maybe like 2.

i meant the leagues that are hosted by osm servers but kay -
Basically , log in as often as possible / collect free BC / train players every 8 hours/ sell your worst players /keep about 18 players max...........sell at maximum price , buy at best value/ use free Bc for scouts / repeat and rinse
Tactics are not a great issue unless other players are doing the same as you areEdited to say...always get a team with 4 days left before season starts..so u can sell all your starting players and buy better.
