Good morning guys, I precise that my speech doesn't a polemic purpose, but is intended as a constructive starting point to improve if possible the rules.
Having said that, my thought is that the 1000-0 score for a battle won not playing is too big! In real football the victory is 3-0, I think it's more correct to find a "weighted average" according to the usual final results of the battles or at least I think a result of 300-0 is certainly fairer.
That said congratulations to all qualified groups for the next round and good luck everyone (but especially to Italian crews)I agree, but I think the problem is in the classification decision, it could change the criterion .. Instead of doing for point balance, it could be defined by direct confrontation.
Another problem is the balance of the groups, no critic to the organizers, there isn't currently a reliable rankings to form balanced groups, but while in our and other groups have been played battles fought and very balanced in other groups some crew (with the MAXIMUM respect for ALL crews of course) instead of a battle did a "walk"

Yes mate, the rules are stupid.
There are much noob crews who disrupt the fair-play, so many strong crews got knocked-out and some weak (or not especially strong) crews go to the next round.
Next time think good before you participate in a tournament with +120 crews.

Your teammate, @jeremy566 clearly made a fatal and ridiculous violation when your crew was already defeated with a big differences. When we know that we will absolutely lose, it doesn't mean we can break the rules and made a fatal violation like your teammate did. My friend already asked a confirmation nicely with privat message include claim this penalty, but nothing response from your crew. And know you tried to make a same funny alibi or reasons that doesn't make sense.
I hope this is a good lesson for us, being gentleman when we're already defeated is still better than this case."A master has failed more times than a beginner has even tried."

@I-Love-Niken The results can be changed, I wrote the first result. This is not disrespectful, I wrote a conclusion because everyone wondered. I say again, there may be a change depending on the situation.

But I have some suggestions for the next WCC, if still using the the following format (8 best runer up). The result of the match with one team WO, is 0-0 (not 1000-0). But the winner will still get 3 points. Because if you use the format (1000-0) will be a lot of crews that competed seriously with spending a lot of BC, just get a little difference in the results. Different case with those who do nothing but get 1000.
It's crazy and out of the basic rules. But it would be very fair
