Racist username problem

So I've just noticed someone with certain username that definitely doesn't go with anti-racism standards that everyone is following. On top of that, this person is using multiple accounts in my league that I can prove with transfer list activity of those accounts, and they both have similar names and log in times. But I'm not sure how can I report someone for a racist username before anything. Is there a way to do so, or this is dead end as far as it's concerned? Thank you
