The Volvo Advert Never Ends

When I click "Free Boss Coins" - a "Volvo XC40 Electric" car advert runs. The yellow travel bar never quite reaches the end and the advert loops and loops and loops for ever. If you click to close the advert window you do not get your boss coin. If you refresh the page you do not get your boss coin. Click for another advert and you get the Volvo advert back again. This is a complete waste of time.

Dear staff,
The Volvo commercial goes into Looping and it is not possible to finish it. So either you delete it or you correct it

Volvo Car advert never ends whenever you try to get boss coins. I won't continue the game until this is fixed. Closing the advert does not work, it comes back again next time you want free boss coins. Are any Admin people reading the posts please ?

If you're forcing people to watch adds for coins then at least make sure they work properly. -
Please fix this problem. The Volvo advert never ends. I think it got fixed but now it has returned again. It stops the game. Why has it returned again ?

@robert-builder The never ending Volvo advert has now locked me out of both Club boss coins and free boss coins. How is it not possible to fix this bug please ?

@robert-builder It is clearly not a priority for them. Easy way to make money if we're forced to watch those adds again and again without getting rewarded in coins.
By now I've probably watched this add over a 100 times without receiving coins. I do lose mobile data though so am even contemplating to demand compensation at this point.

It has been forwarded, but they aren't sure yet if they can fix it themselves or if it needs to be fixed by the partner who handles these ads. So, we just have to be patient until it is fixed.
