Not receiving coins from offer wall (Ironsource)

Who do I contact to receive my coins? I have 5 things I’ve completed now, but have never received the coins. It says I completed it, but i don't get the reward. I’ve contacted this email customersupport@ironsrc.com about it, but they never help. On their terms of rewards it says “Contact the app publisher's support, so that they can grant you the reward.
Then, we kindly ask that you update our offer wall customer support team about this case at mobile-customersupport@ironsrc.com, to help us identify recurring technical issues.”

If you face problems with them, you should contact the offer provider via offerwall on OSM. Every offerwall has an option to contact our partner.
