Can't access a team

As you all know, every crew likes to battle and I am having some problems with my crew battles , so after the first matchday we lose 4 games and draw 1 so I talked to all the managers and 2 of them told me that they can't access their battle teams.

Hello mate...if they have a problem they have to report it themselves, cause many details are needed to be reported....
