Hello osm,
Here I always see bugs and I live with it more and more days.
I always see changes in the wrong and real points..
There is always a difference and not what I deserve (less than my real points). In photos you know what I'm talking about!
139,579 to 116, 644 !!

After clear data of the App and back for click in every slot and reseve matches points I found all is Okey.

But this happen again and again, really!
I have many times see this problem..
And I think it will happen again next days and again and again...

@SpecialOne how about this bug, showing wrong numbers in place. Latest version will be okey for the App!

Hi,

This is not a bug. To see the correct amount of medals you have to view the amount of medals you receive or lose for each slot.

But the App do not show medals that you received after the match directly just after login two times into the app again..
And on the site-web by Chrome everything is ok, I see the amount is correct and complete...

You log on web watch matches (this leads to medal adjustment) and when you open App, medals doesn't match?

@SpecialOne Yes, in App do not match medals always like Web. Always in App show different amount of medals, unlike web correctly amount.

#edit: and if you see it that App show wrong club logo too..

This is a 'local' issue.

This may happen due to:

Some software on your phone that blocks some operations on App » Huawei is known for quite some problems with apps and games because they have an OS with a lot of customizations
Corrupted temporary data » you should clear it
Outdated App » not your case

Let's try to 'solve' this:

First, let's clear APP data » Go to phone settings » Apps » Storage » Clear App Data (this may not be the correct order on Huawei devices)
Check if you have any blocking app (can't help you on this )
Everytime you open App on phone, you need to check all slots so medals add up, because medals are locally updated (every round) after you check every slot.

In the end I know that issues for clearing data of the App, and reseve all of them medals and see right. after will happen again..
