If you have a mobile phone you can still use the mobile app to login and watch videos until we heard from our external partner.@jurgenw87 OSM asked 10 coins to heal my player with +1 before my 1/8 final return match in the winners cup. When I could access the doctor in the morning then the player would be healed. But I'm not going to use 10 coins for this without compensation. I risked to be knocked out in my Winners Cup.

Hello everyone, thank you for reporting this issue and sorry for the inconvenience.
It seems that the library we use for rewarded videos had an update that introduced this bug. We do not control this library so this is on their end.
However because this makes the page unresponsive i have removed the video library for now. Sadly this means no rewarded videos for now, but the site should at least be functional again.Again sorry for the delay, most of us are on christmas holiday.

@jurgenw87 I understand but it should be not a problem for the managers here. There should be goodie for all which cannot use the rewarded videos and so on... That would be a nice christmas then!
@MarcusWöll i agree.. the white square is less of a problem for me than this because i was going to grind for boss coins today

Lot of troubles since the Christmas Theme is introduced. Yesterday no possibility to do anything at all, today no boss coins. Please get rid of the anoying Christmas Theme!

Hello managers, hope you all have nic christmas time. I have issue with free boss coins too. To make thing even worse, i won for the third time league cup yesterday and should get reward for achievement accomplished. But i didnt receive anything and it still shows i won only two league cups

It's not only the video section, also at the training page where you can watch a video to get of 30minutes from the training session doesnt work.
Also Free rewards doesnt work

No mining for boss coins,
no free boss coins,
no free rewards,
no shortened training.And unfortunately almost run out of boss coins, so scouting is of no use, since I don't have enough boss coins to buy a player. No practice games, no private training or training camp. My next opponent will go to training camp, so basically I've already lost in advance.
Hopefully this problem will be solved soon, and these matches have to be replayed or another compensation will be done.

Anyway, I for myself have no idea how to remove, but it is removed anyway. Maybe you should ask for job at Gamebasics and show them how to program

My osm screen is normal again, everything is back on the track 2 days ago, thanks osm I.T. sector for this quick bug fixing...
Hopefully, everyone else who had this error is good now, with this bug fixing..Now we are waiting for the boss coins option to become available, so that we can claim at least 4 b-con per day
