Training progression

Hey there, Mikstachio here!
I would like to use this platform to complain about the recent changes to training progression. While I do agree that trainings should take less time, this is not the right way to adjust players' progress. Not only is this having a negative impact on 3 out of 4 championships I'm currently active in, but it also makes me wonder if leveling up the training facilities is even worth it. It's sad to see a 19-year-old player such as Jude Bellingham barely improve.
If this is just a test, I think more and better options should be explored. You didn't even notify us via the game itself. I had to read a topic in the Italian forum to find out more about the "issue".
I'm a little disappointed, really. I hope everything will either go back to normal or change for the better.

Hello mate...are you talking for the special event with 2 hours progress ???

@DE-XRIST No, I'm talking about training progression in general. Ever since the Golden Oldies event players' progress has been very low in 3 out of 4 championships I'm active in.
Trainings started to last 4 hours. And even during the ongoing special event, with trainings lasting only 2 hours, the progress bar of my players just won't go up, regardless of their age.

^ In this topic, an Italian community manager says it's a test carried out on some servers. He also adds it'll last one month.

My question is... Why? I just want to share my opinion: I think it's a terrible idea. I can log in the game once very 2 hours but what difference does it make if even my youngest players won't improve?

@DE-XRIST today there is no event but when I started training in battle it will take 4 hours but when I started in another league (maybe 1 minute later) it was normal 8 hours... There was some changes in training timing?

I also have the same question, I don't know why the players' training is so slow.

Dear,
During the last few days my slot 1 training timer is at 4 hours and the other slots at 8 hours. I notice a significant difference in the transfer volume in Slot 1 (much higher) than the other slots. Talked to colleagues, they reported reduced timers, but in different SLOTS. Does anyone know what's going on?

Hi,

We've in place a study/test with different durations and progressions on trainings.

These settings are per server, so everyone on a server has same settings.
