I need help with someone loosing on purpose

This was the last day of the league.i was at the1st spot with goal average. And he put his defender to goalkeeper spot, forwards to defenders spot and you can see he lost on purpose. This is not fair.... I want to report both of them. -
He might be multi account too. Please check this, i want both of them to get banned please.
