Training progress reducing error

Whenever I train my players with my current 4 team the progress is reduced to lower point than it must be.

Hi there,
The more times you train the same players within the same matchday, the less progress they receive. Also keep in mind that players who have a rating of 100+ will have reduced progress aswell.
