Inadvertenly bought a player with Boss coins

    Hi,

    I was looking at the transfer list and saw a player (keeper) for 40 something million, which i tought I had. When i proceded to buy, in a split second it was shown that I was going to spend 80ish boss coins additionally while I would like to spend them on something else. on a touchscreen such a mistake is easily done and I am therefore dissappointed.

    Any chance this purchase can be undone?

      On which of your clubslots did this happen and which player did you bought. I can try asking Gamebasics if they can remove the player from your squad and get your Bosscoins back, but no idea if that is possible.

      When you have to pay less than a certain amount of Bosscoins, you won't get a confirmation button first, so mistakes are easy to make.

              It appears you will have to go through our customer support for these kind of issues. You can find our support through the below link.

              After that, click on 'submit a request' and fill in the contact sheet in English. Make sure to provide as much details as possible. Our members of the customer support will then handle your request. It might take a little while before you receive a reply, so be patient in the meantime and don't send in another request, as that will put you again on the bottom of the waitinglist.
