    I haven't been able to access the game for 2 days now. I've tried everything suggested but nothing has worked. However the issue only started after I logged into my account on another device and I'm not sure if that is the problem.

      Same error here, I tried clearing the cache of both, browser and app, still I can't login on the Android app

        @Er_King try to log in on browser on your mobile and check whether it works then again.

          @MarkusRW5 I can log in on my mobile browser, but the error is still there on the app

            Do you guys have version number 4.0.24.3 of the Android app installed? If not, update the app. If you do, try deleting it and reinstalling it again by following these steps:

            1. Delete app data
            2. Delete OSM app
            3. Restart your phone
            4. Install the OSM app again

                      @Atkinson same happened to me, i logged with my osm (which i started playing in android) account in my pcand the game started giving me that error (1000--1)

                        The thing i did to fix this issue was errasing the cache and the data of the app, when i entered again everything was there.

                          at this point i think the dev just wanna kill the game..
                          i just deleted this game(again) for the third or fourth time this year.. so dissapointed
