Conquest "top 100" included in the game (HELP)

Hello, I just want to ask a question about this achievement. I reached the top 100 trainer medals in the top 30 days and I didn't get anything for it. I would only receive 5000 coins from this achievement if I entered the top 100 in my country? Or in the global top 100? I'm very close to even reaching the top 100 in my country and I'm excited. If you can answer I would appreciate it.

@Sir-Joao-Freitas you need to reach "World top 100" to archive that.... with medal system with cheaters in top 100 it is almost impossible...
