    @MarkusRW5 Well sometimes during the draw names are shown incorrect (players on wrong crew, or mentioned twice) as indicated by my crewmates, but I have not encountered that myself.

      Apologies for the very late reply. This issue has been fixed some time ago already, but it is unclear if it has actually fixed 'old' situations or if it only prevents new problems from happening. Can you try checking if it is actually fixed for you?

      You can follow the below steps:

      1. Open the OSM app
      2. force close the OSM app
      3. Switch the OSM region from OSM NL to OSM World
      4. Open the OSM app again and also accept the GDPR
      5. Force close the OSM app again
      6. Switch the OSM region back to OSM NL and open the app again

        You can follow the below steps:

        1. Open the OSM app
        2. force close the OSM app
        3. Switch the OSM region from OSM NL to OSM World
        4. Open the OSM app again and also accept the GDPR
        5. Force close the OSM app again
        6. Switch the OSM region back to OSM NL and open the app again

          In iOS you can change region by going to the setting of the OSM app via the settings of your phone.

                                This topic is about an issue with the Battle Division for crews. Your issue is about buying a player. Your issue is unrelated to this specific topic and thus you should create your own topic.

                                  They can't find anything wrong with the Battle Division. Did you properly used the switching regions-method? After you've switched the region to OSM World you will have to open up the app properly. That means that you have to accept the GDPR and get to the login screen. If you switch regions again before that, this method will not work.

                                  If you are sure you've done the method correctly, then I think it is best if you make some screenshots or even a video showing all the steps. That way the devs know you did the method properly.

                                        @FC-Eddie_NL I tried to upload the original from my ipad, but they were to large, so I rezised them from .png to .jpeg apparenty, using https://www.reduceimages.com/

                                          Hi @JBruinink_NL

                                          Your account has two different gamecenter connections. When clearing App data by switching worlds, did you logged out of gamecenter?

                                          If not, can you please try to log out from gamecenter, do the worlds switching and only enable gamecenter again after logging back into NL?

                                          Also, something really important, when switching worlds, app has to be closed and not minimised.
