Can't play in account

I play on PC, and I got knocked out of the Winners Cup with AC Milan. Ever since then, when I enter the website, I get this message: "Oops Something went wrong, we'll refresh the page to fix this problem.", which keeps repeating every time it refreshes the page. I can't switch to another club or try anything else.
What should I do?
