Banned account

Hello, my account was banned, which was logged in through Facebook, and I understand the reason for the ban, which was for using two accounts to try to gain an advantage over my opponents. I recognize and admit the mistake, and I would like to have my account active again. I promise not to use these illegal methods to improve my performance in the game and to play in a fair and clear manner, as I did for most of my achievements.

Locked/suspended account and cheating in general won't be handled on this forum. You should either appeal to the lock by login into your locked account, or if that's not possible, then you should contact our customer support through the below link

After that, click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.
