      Hi there,

      I am sorry to hear you are facing issues with the OSM app, but could you add some more details, please?

      • What is the error message you receive?
      • And are you using the app on an iPhone/iPad or on a Android based phone or tablet?

          Did you had an account on OSM prior to this one that you deactivated yourself or was locked and was connected to the same Game Center account?

              The best thing you can do right now is to contact our customer support via the below link. They can help you a lot better then I can.

              https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us

              Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.
