Scam of 3000 BC

More than 60 days already passed, I've messaged Fyber 2 more times asking them to do something instead of copy pasting messages and got no asnwer. This is a scam. Could you guys please do something NOW.

This is clearly demotivating, as you know BC are quite important in this game, and not having a nornal support but only a bunch or copy pasting messages and or a getting fast rewarding mechanism destroys the trust on the game.

I understand, but our customer support- and monetization teams need to have enough info to make the decision to add the Bosscoins or not. They can't just hand them out and trust that you really didn't received them and complied to all requirements the offer had listed. That's why you need to contact the customer support with the details of the offer.
- When did you start the offer?
- When did you complete it?
- Which provider had the offer listed?
- How much Bosscoins would the offer give?
- Proof of conversations with the provider

I just sent the email with that information.
OSM owes me besides this 2679BC more than 600 BC, I download a few apps and play the required games and then again got 0 BC, and also reported it. Do I really have to report each of one of them again?

Yes, you have to report each and every offer you do through those offerwalls as each of them is an isolated case. And for each offer you have to follow the procedure:
- If you do not get the Bosscoins, you have to contact the provider from which the offer was listed on.
- If you don't reach an agreement with the provider or they don't reply at all, only then you contact OSM's customer support. You have to give as much details as possible, or you will most likely get the reply back you got from this offer (contact the provider). Our customer support can't see any details about that offer, as that is only between you and the provider.
