hello i just buy the 4.99 euros pack which contains 525 coins.. But mu money has taken away from my bank account although 525 coins didn’t added up to my account.. can you pls help me..

If you bought Bosscoins from the OSM Store but didn't received them inmediately, you should be able to claim them through the career page.

If you bought a package with Club Funds then you can find them in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag)
If not, then please contact our customer support through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment.
