can i play more seasons with the same club in the same league with my players, i bought? Does this work?

Hi mate,
OSM is one season game and after the end of the league, it starts from the beginning.
On some leagues you have already available the winners cup option where managers on the top places (1-4) can continue playing after the end of their season (with the same team)...
