I can't log in to my account, it says I can't log in with those credentials, I need help, I ask to recover my password but I never receive the email to change my password, my nickname is Thomasfuhrer, I've been playing for 11 years and It's never happened to me, can anyone help me, osm support hasn't responded to me, it's been more than 1 week, I really need help

Hi mate,
it could be that you are trying to login on OSM World and you have created your account on OSM NL, or it could be the opposite.
Are you aware that OSM has two versions and this versions work independently of each other.
If the above is the problem then you will have to change the region in order to login...

Could you be a bit more specific? When I search for Thomasfuhrer in both OSM NL and OSM World, I get the message that that managername doesn't excist. Was this an old account of yours that you didn't played for some time? If so, it could very well be that your old account has been removed. This happens if an account is inactive for 3 years straight. Once an account has been removed or deactivated it cannot be restored again.

Yes, I hadn't played it for a while, probably 3 years, I don't really know, does that mean that all the time I spent on this game was useless??? Does that mean everything I spent is thrown away like this? This is what you do to someone who has had health problems and simply stopped playing and focused on their health, is this what you do? This doesn't make any sense, there were more than 200 titles, I spent hours on this game and you just delete the account because a person simply has to try not to die? It's truly absurd

@FC-Eddie_NL Why was that 3 years period introduced? People put money, effort and so much time into this game just so that their accounts gets deleted so easilly? Such a disrespect to all the players who played for such a long time... should Nottingham Forrest be deleted from CL archives just because they havent played it for 20years?
Some times I just cannot understand the logic behind the strategic moves of this game.. but then I remember why it is were it is and why it never cannot make a leap towards more popular games in terms of legacy and competitivity, and then I remember why we have cheating ranking in global top 100 filled with people who never played competitive and real match on this game and how you are okay with that and I remember that that is simply the reality of this game

Some points need a brief explanation here.
There have been approved some laws related to GDPR recently and we've to comply with them. Not everything is because 'we want' to.
So, full and permanent removal of accounts after:- 3 years of inactivity
- 7 days after been locked/deleted by user
are in fact measures we were 'forced' to implement due to GDPR laws.
In this specific situation account was full and permanently removed on 8th April. There's no chance to recover it. On a side note, account was not removed for inactivity, but because it was locked.
