Hi, I purchased some coins and money and haven't received it.

If you don't receive the Bosscoins from a purchase in the OSM Store, then you should be able to claim them from the career page.

Purchases that contains Club Funds, Position Swaps or other items can be found in your inventory. This is the blue-yellow OSM bag you see at the top of every page in OSM.
If for some reason you didn't received the content of a purchased pack, then you should contact our customer service via the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment.
