Player Packs Problem

I deposited money, but player packages do not appear in my account. can you please help

Hi there,

Have you checked your inventory? That's the blue-yellow OSM bag you see at the top of every OSM page. All items are stored there, so I'm assuming the Player Pack will aswell.

I can't buy the packages because they don't appear in the store, but my friends buy them too.

That's because this feature is in a test phase, which means that they aren't available for everyone.
