OSM problems on the app and pc-version

Nothing is working. No line-ups could be done, just nothing. More than 5 times I need to log in new. Whats going on?

I'm sorry you are facing issues, but keep in mind we are not checking this forum 24/7. So it can take a little while before you get a reaction.
As for your problem:
I don't believe there is a general issue on OSM, otherwise we would have seen a lot more topics about this on the forum. So I think that this issue is more a localised issue.
Issue on web: have you tried clearing the cookies and cache of the browser you are using? Maybe even check a different browser to see if the problem is there too.
Issue on app: the issue might be resolved by removing the OSM app and installing it again. Make sure you have a way to login to your account again before removing it, or you lose acces to your account.

@FC-Eddie_NL Thanks. With the App I will try, but it is a massive problem only today. In my browser I remove the cookies and everything every evening when I close down my laptop. So could not be the problem. I use Firefox, the newest version, and I will for sure not use Chrome or something else. Never have had such issues before.

That error means that your browser couldn't get a secure connection with the OSM server. This could be caused on the client side (OSM) or something on your end. You can try to figure out if you can solve the issue yourself. This is one of the website that comes up with some of the possible solutions to fix an SSL handshake

Otherwise you will have to contact our customer support. They can check if the issue is OSM related or not. I don't work for Gamebasics and don't have the tools for that. You can contact them through the below link.

@FC-Eddie_NL I didn't do anything and today everything works well again. I have no idea what is the problem. Every other website was working well yesterday. And I have the feeling it is always a bit problematic during the last hour before the games start. But thanks for letting me know
