I get ads still after i bought bosscoins

On mobile I bought boss coins a while ago so that I won't be getting the in game-ads anymore. Worked for a long time but since a few months I am getting ads again. Last week I purchased some boss coins to get rid off it but I still get the ads. How can this be solved?

Here is how it works:
When you purchase a Bosscoin package that removes ads, it removes the banner you would see normally at the top of your screen if you are a free user.
What it doesn't remove is the ad you see when you watch a video for Bosscoins or timer reduction.
There is also a third possibility for watching an ad, and that is when you tap the orange 'continue + more' button after you have watched a match on the OSM app. If you tap that button you will see an ad that gives you some Club Funds. This is the first of the three video's you can watch in the Finance page for Club Funds and Bosscoins.
That first video will be shown automatically if you tap that orange button. If you don't want to watch that ad, then you should tap the dark blue 'continue' button that is direcly above the orange button.

When I open the app, there pops up an ad automatically that i can't skip, which shouldn't happen in my opinion because I bought bosscoin package that removes ads?

Hmm, I have some more questions then:

Which pack(s) did you buy? Not all packs remove the ads. I believe that only happens if you buy the Large pack for €9,99 or any of the more expensive packs.

On which platform do you play? (iOS or Android)

We're sorry that you're facing this issue, but can you provide us some more information (a video would help).
Your account is set as an adfree account, so you shouldn't be having any ads (except the ones you chose to watch in order to get rewards).
If possible can you also try to log on Web Version and let us know if you also get ads there?
