Completed season but the trophies didn't update and I didn't get a winners cup ticket

@FC-Eddie_NL Hi FC-Eddie, same here, I also took screenshots so I am also able to prove that I participated for a full season and won the first place with the match history etc. I have not received my season overview and the trophies are still not updated in my profile

I have received the news that the data of the trophy cabinet is lost due to the server issues last weekend and they can't be restored. So that season won't be listed there, unfortunately.

@FC-Eddie_NL OMG this is very terrible.. 1 whole season wasted, I even purchased some credits to get good players for that season..
So there is absolutely no way to get the trophy cabinet data even by manual adjustment from gamebasic? We can provide screenshot proof of how many medals we got and the final position and trophies from that season..

Sorry guys, but that won't happen. Keep in mind that it is not just you two. You might have those proof for yourself, but what about the other managers that played in your league? As well as all the other users that lost that data. It's not really fair if just two people get that data fixed, while all others are left without it.
They tried to minimize the damage as best they could. It won't please everyone, but you will have to accept it that the data is lost.
