I can't delete non active players from my league, i press the button for delete them bot after all they still in the league

Is this still an issue? If so, then it could probably be that they weren't inactive for 72 hours straight. That is the minimum requirement to kick an inactive manager out of your league. Otherwise, try to remove cookies and cache and see if that solves the issue.

@FC-Eddie_NL still nothing, they already over 3 days non active, i can't delete them on pc or on android
Can you post a screenshot of your managerlist and inform us which managers you are trying to kick out of your league. please? If you get an error message when kicking, then post a screenshot of that aswell.

It seems your league is a tournament. For tournaments you are not able to kick inactiive managers out of your league, nor can they resign themselfs. The option to kick users is thus the bug here and will eventually be disabled.
So sadly, there is nothing you can do about this.
