Hi there,
Could be a few things:
- Do you have an adblocker installed on your phone? If so, you have to deactive it for OSM in order to watch the video's
- Have you already watched a number of videos? If so, then the icon will be temporalely gone until you can watch a video again. There is a limit to the amount of videos you can watch.
If these two are not the issue, then check to see if there is an update available for the OSM app. If not, then try deleting the app and re-install it again and see if that solves it. Make sure you have a way to log in to your account before you delete it or you will lose acces to your account.
