Hello i bought some boss coins and they havent yet transfered
it took my money tho...

How long does it usually take, because i also bought a gold pack and it came immediately.

Hi there,

Bosscoins can be claimed through the career page if they aren't added inmediately. Other items (Player Packs, Club Funds and Training Progression) can be found in the blue-yellow OSM bag. If for some reason you can't find/claim them, then you will have to contact our customer service through the below link.

Then click in 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment.
