anyone else having issues with purchases?
its the 2nd time i purchase a pack and didnt received the items , there wont be a 3rd tho... -

Depending on what you bought, they are given to you in a different way.
Bosscoins should be transfered to your account inmediately. If that's not the case, then you should be able to claim them through the career page.
Other items (Club Funds, Training Progression and Player Packs) are stored in your inventory. This is the blue-yellow OSM bag you see at the top of the screen on every page. From there you can use them.
If for some reason you still didn't received what you purchased, then you will have to contact our customer support. They can verify your purchase. You can find them through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment to speed up the process.
